Impressed By Their Standards
Hailing from Germany’s industrial region of Rhine-Ruhr, Keuco is located in the midst of major German manufacturers and metalworkers.
Originally Paul Keuno & Co, later abbreviated to Keuco, accessories are their core products and how they started life. They have since expanded into mirrors and cabinets, brassware (taps and showers), and furniture.
Prestige is a common theme throughout Keuco’s product portfolio, going the extra mile to offer the best quality and design in all their products. Although you might expect to see robots manufacturing their components, after a trip to their factory, resident Bathrooms sales consultant / designer, Alan Sparks reported back with the opposite. “The workmanship is pretty much all manual. They get a tap body, but then finish it and polish every one individually by hand.”
He was also impressed by their standards on quality control. “Things were failing for stuff you can’t even see, like tiny blemishes on special finishes. Literally everything that comes out of the factory is completely perfect.”

Paying Particular Attention To Quality
Throughout all the product categories Keuco pay particular attention to quality and set their standards at the stratosphere. After their tap bodies are cast, you can count on two rounds of product testing, both in their raw format and when finished, two coats of nickel, and chrome plating more than twice the thickness of other products available on the market.
Their mirror cabinets use the best raw materials available, and only the highest-quality crystal mirror glass to upgrade your reflection from beautiful to true stunner. Moreover, their classy style backs up their substance with never ending configurations on width, height, depth and ancillaries, plus charming options on lighting through dimming and kelvins.
Keuco’s heritage in accessories has also seen them dominate the market in products related specifically to assisted living. They’ve gone big this time too, bringing in Studio F.A Porsche as a designer. Alan continued “The Axess is better than anything I’ve ever seen. The designs are amazing and obviously the quality is too.” Although a motorcycle man himself, Alan seems to approve of the partnership with a company named Porsche.
Express A Self-Assured Lifestyle
The Axess range offers assistance in the bathroom to support those who have restricted movement or disabilities to express a self-assured lifestyle, all while maintaining a strong and clear design. This barrier-free bathroom range has gone on to win the Gold IF Design Award for 2023, one of the most prestigious design prizes in the world.
Their Ixmo shower range also wins Design Studio Sales Manager Joe’s seal of approval. “I really like an understated and minimalist look so this is right up my street. To have so much tech in such a tiny area blows my mind. The idea you can have an outlet, the shower controller, a park bracket, and the hand shower itself all within 2 square inches of each other is so impressive.”
