Joe joined us in the summer of 2022, having plied his trade in the motor industry, before overseeing a small software and professional services department. In fact, in his previous role, Romerils was a client. Joe had always been impressed by the company’s culture and general atmosphere whenever he popped in. Luckily for him, when the job came up, it wasn’t bad news that we knew him!
In his spare time, Joe likes schralping through local and alpine trails on his mountain bike, and being all kinds of emotional from supporting Tottenham Hotspur.

Having originally joined as a Tiles salesperson, Luis can cera-make your creative dreams come true using his knowledge of Italian craftsmanship.

Steven grew up on-site and brings a tiler’s perspective to our portfolio. He earned his biggest feather by tiling St. Thomas’ Church!
Steven’s energy and enthusiasm are second to none, as is his knowledge of anything and everything between the floor and foundations. Steven still pokes his head, big shoulders and smile into the retail showroom now and then, but is primarily tasked with offering his services to local construction businesses.

Top of the morning to Matthew Boyd, our newest recruit in the Tiles studio. Matthew has travelled through land, sea, and air to join us, and we’re extremely happy that he did.Â
Matthew joins us from just outside of Belfast having moved to the Island in October. He was previously a Sales Consultant at The Wooden Floor company (no prizes for guessing what they sell) providing expert advice on anything you might find under your feet at home.
We’re looking forward to him continuing his mastery of materials and tiles, and bringing his big grin into work every day.
