New Board Appointment at Romerils
We’re starting 2025 with some exciting news at Romerils! We’re delighted to announce that Kim Royle has been promoted to our Board of Directors as HR Director, having previously held the role of Head of People Services. Kim’s journey with Romerils began in 2016 when she joined as HR Manager. In 2018, she became part of the Senior Management Team as Head of People Services, and now, in our 75th year, she makes history as our first female director. With a strong background in HR, Kim studied in Jersey before earning an undergraduate degree at Cardiff University and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Brighton. Most recently, in 2024, she achieved the Institute of Directors’ ‘Certificate in Company Direction’, further enhancing her leadership credentials.
A Well-Deserved Appointment
