Romerils are excited to offer our Click & Collect 1 Hour Service, which is now available to all Jersey customers on many of our products located in our Dumaresq Street store. With collection as early as 1 hour after you’ve ordered, be sure to look out for our Click & collect sticker for qualifying products.
Not only will you be in full control of when you collect your items, but you will also be able to pick up your order in as little as 1 hour after confirmation of your order. Collections are available between 9:00-17:30, Monday – Saturday from our conveniently located Dumaresq Street Store.
Unfortunately due to the nature of some of our products and warehouse locations, not all of our products are available for our Click & Collect 1 Hour Service – but alternatively you can still opt to collect from store. This means it will take us a little while longer to process your order, one of our staff members will then be in contact to let you know know the timescale of which you will be able to collect your order.
If your order is not available for our Click & Collect 1 Hour Service it means that one or more of your items do not meet the qualifying requirements, for these items please contact a member of the team if you wish to discuss your Click & Collect or delivery options further.
Whilst we aim for all of our click and collect orders to be fulfilled within an hour due to the nature of some of our products and warehouse locations this may take longer, once we’ve recieved your order you can expect a call from one of our lovely team members to advise you on how long this will take.
All Click & Collect orders can be picked up from one of our helpful members of staff situated on our electrical till point, which is located just inside of our main entrance on Dumaresq Street.
We ask that all customers collecting orders from store retain their copy of their order confirmation as proof of purchase to be shown on collection. If you’re collecting any age restricted items such as tools, blades, or other hazardous materials you may be required to show proof of age in line with the Challenge 25 Policy.
If you are looking for someone to collect your products on your behalf please provide them with an email copy of your order confirmation to be shown at the point of collection, and a valid ID for any age restricted materials in line with the Challenge 25 Policy.
Any unpaid Click & Collect orders to be paid for in-store will be held for 48 Hours (Or longer for products ordered over the weekends).
Paid orders will be held indefinitely, however if you fail to pick up your Click & Collect order within a reasonable time period our team may contact you further for collection, if no collection is made after this a refund may be offered for your order.
